RESTORATIVE YOGA AND SOUND HEALING at Seeschau, Seestrasse 106, 8703 Erlenbach.

This coarse was inspired from my balinese healing journey which i would love to share with you. Its a wonderful opportunity to give your soul space to revitalise yourself for a new beginning.

Restorative yoga is a slow and relaxing style of yoga that focuses on gentle movements and breathing exercises to calm your nervous system and recharge our batteries.
This style of yoga is for everyone and promotes sleep, improves our mood and well- being. The aim is too deeply relax and stay in the poses to regernate the body and mind.

Following our 30 m inure practice we will immerse ourselves deeply in the sounds of harmonious frequencies of a sound bath. Sound being a viberationand force that permeates every cell of our existence.
Laying on your back you can embark an inner journey while swinging chimes, gongs,drums and crystal bowls are played. The nature of sound wanders through different stages of our consciousness,dissolving blockages and promoting healing.
Sound is medicine.
